Course Description:

For Individual or Classroom Use. Dive into the dynamic CEO (Chief Executive Officer) world of entrepreneurship with our comprehensive course, designed for aspiring young business minds! This program offers a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, tailored to help you understand and leverage the vast opportunities of the digital economy.  By the end of this course, students may be on their way to earning money with their own online business.  The course length is customizable and can be completed in 20 to 40 hours, depending on how much time is allowed in class to work on activities and business development.

Target Audience

• Beginners with no prior knowledge of business or leadership

• Young learners ages 9-14 interested in learning ALL ABOUT ONLINE BUSINESS.

Course Objectives

• ​Learn about entrepreneurship and best business practices

• Learn how people earn money using the internet

• Explore interests/niches 

• Introductions to digital marketing

• Explore 5 Online business models (Products/Services)

• Establish a business name

• Write a business plan for your chosen business model

• Create email and social media accounts with the new business name.

• Learn how to create a simple website/blog

• Learn how to create great content (text, articles, photos, audio, and/or video) Distribute and post content on new blog, social media channels (social media use is OPTIONAL)

• Learn how to collect subscribers on these channels/platforms

• Begin marketing on social media platforms and through email

• Learn how to monetize the business

• Determine where your product will be sourced/manufactured.  

• Implement affiliate/referral marketing, if applicable

• Continue marketing through email and social media (optional)​

• Certificate EARNED!
