How long are the courses?
Our enrichment courses range from 9 to 14 sessions/lessons. Sessions (or lessons) vary in length. Some lessons will only take 15 minutes to complete while later lessons in each course will require much more time as students dive into business development and marketing activities. Schools and after-school programs often run these as 6 or 8 week classes at about an hour each class.
Is social media required?
Social Media use in the courses is completely optional. We teach digital marketing methods using Social Media. Students under 13 can not access social media per social media use policies. However, it's not uncommon for parents/guardians to become involved in the young entrepreneur's business and create and manage a social media business page for the student.
How much do the courses cost?

How does a class license work?
Schools/Centers/Homeschools looking to acquire a license for their CLASSES will purchase one license per classroom/teacher. Class licenses are usually teacher-led led with approximately 10 - 15 Students. Additional students can be added on the one license and is at the discretion of Kids Biz Labs. Licenses can be found here: https://www.kidsbizlabs.com/category/all-products. Individuals/Solo Students do not need a license to take the courses. Individuals/Solo Students will purchase single-use access at https://www.kidsbizlabs.com/product-page/individual-course-use and contact us for the course code.
What are the optimal ages of students taking the courses?
In general, our courses are appropriate for ages 9-14 or Grade 4 through Grade 9. The Print On Demand Course and The Website Wizard Course are tailored a bit more for ages 10 and up but it truly depends on the maturity of the students taking each class. Parents are welcome to try the course and we would gladly refund the course if students feel the content is too difficult. Schools/Centers can ask for a sample of the course if they are uncertain of content difficulty.

What is needed to take the courses?
All courses are online at www.KidsBizLabs.com in a simple "blog" format. Students (and Instructors if this is facilitated in a classroom setting) will access the same course content. The course should NOT be taken on a smartphone. It should be accessed on a desktop or laptop for an optimal experience. WIFI/Internet access is a must. Students should be able to access www.Youtube.com, www.wix.com, www.canva.com, www.redbubble.com, and www.chatgpt.com. Schools and Centers may need to ask the tech person to lift any firewalls/securities to access these websites. Not all websites will be required for each course. STUDENTS WILL NEED AN EMAIL ADDRESS. Parents may need to help their child set up/create an email address before the class begins.

How do instructors/teachers facilitate the courses?
Students and teachers will access the same course links. The courses have engaging icebreakers and activities for the instructors to lead. The Instructor will not need to teach anything. Being a little tech-savvy could help but if the instructor does not know how to do something or answer a student's questions, don't worry! The instructor can "GOOGLE" the answer OR since these are ENTREPRENEUR COURSES, ask the students to find the answers.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?
While we would love our courses to be PERFECT for every student, that may not always be the case. We aim for students to learn how to become young entrepreneurs and learn life skills to boost their success! Do students earn a CERTIFICATE for course completion?
Yes! We have printable certificates at the end of each course. Print it out, and hang it on your wall! Credits can be earned at the discretion of each school or homeschooling parent.
